Sulaimani Chai at Calicut is a must-try so is Malabar Biryani and if you are into pickles try Ice pickles at Calicut beach in the evening while watching the cinematic view it has to offer. To name some of the must-try dishes would be: Puttu and Kadala curry, Appam and Stew, Idliyappam and egg curry, Ela Sadya, Nadan Kozhi Varthatu, Kerala style prawn curry, Fish Molee, Kozhikodan Biryani.
